Step 1.
On www.airportaruba.com, click on the AiR ART Committee icon, then read & study all available information. Be sure the goals and requirements for participation are clear before proceeding.
- Fill out the on-line registration form and click on <submit form> before April 25, 2011. This is necessary in order for you to receive your invitation to attend the general information session.
Step 2.
- Attend the AiR ART Committee general information session that will be held for all applicants:
Date: April 27, 2011
Time: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Place: Queen Beatrix Airport VIP Room
During this session all aspects pertaining to the Sculpture Garden Project will be explained in detail by the AiR ART Committee, and additional questions will be answered.
Step 3.

Submit an official initial proposal for your art work to the AiR ART Committee according to the project guidelines May 30, 2011, between 10 am and 4 pm.
The proposal should be delivered personally at the Queen Beatrix Airport at the Information Booth in the arrival area. Please be sure the checklist is complete. You will receive a receipt.
Your application and initial submission is now complete and ready for the selection process.
How will my work be selected to participate in the Queen Beatrix Airport Sculpture Garden Project?
Step 1.
- The selection process will be conducted by the AiR ART Committee.
After completing the application process and submitting your initial proposal for your art work, the Committee will review and make an initial evaluation of all proposals. This will be strictly based on the published project criteria and guidelines for the Sculpure Garden Project as described in the <requirements for participation>.
As part of its advisory role, the AiR ART Committee will present its evaluation and selection to the AAA management.
- All participants will receive notification of the selection results at the contact address provided on the <artist registration form>.
- All selected participants will be required to discuss the proposals with the Committee.
- After the finalization of the selection process, the contracts will be signed and the production process starts.
