Starting May 1st, 2026, you may notice that most shops and food & beverage locations on the right side after security are closed. This is part of the preparation for the next stage of Gateway 2030 – Phase 1B.
Please rest assured that these shops and dining options will be relocated to other gate areas in the coming months.

All claims need to be substantiated with the corresponding documents (bills/invoices, invoices of costs, receipts, etc.). Once we receive your submission, your documents will be reviewed by one of our Risk, Insurance & Compliance Officers.

Please be advised that Aeropuerto Internacional Reina Beatrix will not honor or process claims from passengers who miss their flights due to long lines at check-in, immigration and security, or failure to arrive at the airport on time. We strongly recommend that all travelers arrive at the airport well in advance of their scheduled departure to allow sufficient time for check-in, security screening, and boarding procedures.
