Annual Report/Financial Statement 2022 adopted by Aruba Airport Authority N.V.’s shareholder representative Minister Dangui Oduber
Visit of Royal Schiphol Group’s Director International Kjell Kloosterziel
ORANJESTAD – This week Royal Schiphol Group’s Director International, Mr. Kjell Kloosteziel performed a courtesy visit to several stakeholders. During his visit, and in the presence of the CEO of Aruba Airport Authority N.V. (AAA) Mr. Joost Meijs, Mr. Kloosterziel met with the Governor of Aruba Mr. Alfonso Boekhoudt, the Prime Minister of Aruba Mrs. Evelyn Wever-Croes, Minister of Tourism and Health Mr. Dangui Oduber, AAA’s Supervisory Board, and AAA’s Leadership Team. He also visited the construction site of Gateway 2030, Phase 1A at the airport.
During the conversations, all parties expressed and reconfirmed their satisfaction with the fruitful cooperation during the last two decades between the Government of Aruba, Royal Schiphol Group and Aruba Airport which has led to a healthy company and airport operations in all aspects. Aruba Airport is seen by the cooperating parties as crucial infrastructure for Aruba and the gateway to Aruba for millions of tourists and residents. Last week the Annual Report/Financial Statement 2022 was adopted by Mr. Dangui Oduber, the Minister of Tourism and Health as representative of the Shareholder of AAA.

AAA experienced very strong results in 2022 as is described in the Annual Report/Financial Statement 2022. I am confident about the airport’s future, and I am looking forward to all the new developments in 2023.”

ORANJESTAD – Esta semana, el Director Internacional de Royal Schiphol Group, el Sr. Kjell Kloosteziel realizó una visita de cortesía a varias partes interesadas. Durante su visita, y en presencia del CEO de Aruba Airport Authority N.V. (AAA), el Sr. Joost Meijs, el Sr. Kloosterziel se reunió con el Gobernador de Aruba, el Sr. Alfonso Boekhoudt, la Primera Ministra de Aruba, la Sra.
