Internal Audit Officer

AAA is looking for an energetic, well-spoken and ambitious candidate to start a career within AAA in the function of Internal Audit Officer. You will carry out operational, financial, compliance and special audits throughout the organization and produce detailed reports and recommendations for improvement. Supervised by the Director Internal Audit and working together with the Internal Audit Officer, you will implement and execute Internal Audit programs and procedures while contributing to the on-going (technological) development of the audit programs and methodology.

Profile

  • University or Bachelor/ HBO degree  in  Accountancy, Business Economics or other relevant discipline with at least three years of experience in a big 4 audit firm (RA, AA, CPA, BE, CIA, RO);
  • Demonstrates the highest levels of integrity at all times;
  • Extensive knowledge of internal controls, including controls design & deployment;
  • Self-motivated, pragmatic, driven, results-oriented and organization sensitive;
  • Strong character and able to deal with stress;
  • Strong and effective communication skills in English and Dutch, both verbally and in writing;
  • Good analytical, organizational and reporting skills.

Intern (stagiaire) Human Resources
 

AAA is looking for an energetic, well-spoken and ambitious candidate to join our Human Resources Department as an Intern (for a period of minimum 6 months).
As an HR intern, you will be assisting the Director Human Resources in various projects, and you will be also learning about the various facets of HR. 

Profile:

  • Bachelor or Master’s  education in HRM (preferably in the 4th  study year);
  • Knowledge of Labor Legislation;
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment, with a high degree of initiative, poise, and confidentiality;
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Time management skills;
  • Great under pressure and good judgment in sensitive situations;
  • Action and result orientated and successful at prioritizing multiple tasks
  • Highly proficient with MS Office;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Reliable.
