Temporary Changes to Shops & Dining After Security

Dear travelers,

Starting May 1st, 2026, you may notice that most shops and food & beverage locations on the right side after security are closed. This is part of the preparation for the next stage of Gateway 2030 – Phase 1B.

Please rest assured that these shops and dining options will be relocated to other gate areas in the coming months.

We thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue enhancing our airport to create a better travel experience for everyone.

AUA Airport recording its first significant traffic numbers since the corona crisis halted commercial operations after March 28, 2020

ORANJESTAD – Aruba Airport Authority N.V. (AAA) is happy to inform that this weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), Aeropuerto Internacional Reina Beatrix (AUA Airport) is expecting to handle 40 aircraft and around 4 thousand (4000) passengers at the airport. According to the preliminary received booking numbers, Saturday July 11, 2020 will be the busiest day, with more than 1700 passengers expected on 14 flights.
