Social Media & PR Assistant

AAA is looking for energetic, creative, well-spoken and ambitious candidates to start a career within AAA in the function of Social Media & PR Assistant.
As a Social Media & PR Assistant you will be part of a team responsible for managing social media platforms content, campaigns, and calendars, and reporting on data derived from the social media platforms used by AAA whilst safeguarding the overall branding and imaging of the company and assisting with the management and organization of special events organized by AAA.



  • Completed MBO in Communications, Marketing or equivalent training and with at least 2 years working experience;
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of the relevant media platforms and developments in social media platforms, their participants and engagement levels and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios;
  • Knowledge and experience with traditional and digital marketing;
  • Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media;
  • Proficiency in writing items, articles and professional business and social correspondence and in performing communicatively;
  • Excellent social- and communication skills in general;
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish, Dutch and Papiamento;
  • Excellent Papiamento-English/English-Papiamento translation skills;
  • Knowledge of and experience with: MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint/Exact and Social Media platforms;
  • Photoshop and editing skills;
  • Event planning and organization skills;
  • Ability to improvise, to be flexible and come up with solutions in any type of scenario
