U.S.-bound passengers: Access to the U.S. Check-In Terminal is limited to 3 hours before departure as part of Gateway2030 construction measures to support a more efficient travel experience.
Dear travelers,
Starting May 1st, 2026, you may notice that most shops and food & beverage locations on the right side after security are closed. This is part of the preparation for the next stage of Gateway 2030 – Phase 1B.
Please rest assured that these shops and dining options will be relocated to other gate areas in the coming months.
We thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue enhancing our airport to create a better travel experience for everyone.

Welcome to Aruba Airport Arrival Guide
Whether you’re returning home or visiting Aruba for the first time, this quick guide will help you move smoothly through arrival procedures.
Once your aircraft has parked collect all your belongings before leaving the plane and follow the signs to the Arrivals area.
Tip: Keep your passport and ED Card QR code easily accessible — you’ll need them soon.
Important:
If you did not complete your ED Card before traveling, you must do so online before reaching the Immigration counter — this may cause delays.
After clearing Immigration, proceed to the Baggage re-claim area.
After collecting your luggage, proceed to Aruba Customs Control.
Tip: For detailed information on allowances, restricted items, and regulations, please visit the official Aruba Customs website: www.douane.aw
After Customs, you’ll exit into the Arrivals Hall.
You’re all set!
